Our School

Facilities

Peel Montessori School is a 20,000 square foot beautiful, standalone building in the well-established and historical Clarkson and Lorne Park communities. The school is positioned on a quiet one acre lot, safely nestled away from public view and traffic. Students enjoy the beauty of nature from their classrooms and the walking distance from nearby marshes, parks, libraries, community centres, and athletic clubs. Parents enjoy the convenience of the local Clarkson and Port Credit Go-Stations. We offer schooling to children in the Mississauga, Oakville, and surrounding communities.

Our 3,000 square foot gymnasium offers ample space for students to develop gross motor skills, qualities of good sportsmanship, and the enjoyment of games of interest, enhancing positive socialization. The Elementary students enjoy a variety of gross motor activates some of which include basketball, tennis, volleyball, and badminton, while the younger children enjoy parachute games, develop balancing skills, and body movement skills to develop their overall coordination. During cold or rainy days, it is the perfect setting to allow maximum playtime during recess.

Classrooms

The classrooms are equipped with scientifically designed exercises in the preschool, Casa, and Montessori Elementary levels as well as enriched curriculum resources for our blended Elementary. state-of-the-art SMART technology to enhance learning.

The Montessori child’s environment must be esthetically pleasing and our interior and exterior environment meets the standards set by the vision of Dr. Maria Montessori. The interior was strategically designed to allow for ample natural light to brighten the spacious and well-equipped classrooms.
